Observation

2a) Small legos in play area were capable of posing a choking hazard to smaller children 2c) Camera cord on back of house was loose and capable of forming a loop 2d) Diapers in plastic wrapping were underneath sink in unlocked cabinet accessible to children 2f) Glass doors leading to outside did not have stickers or artwork on glass preventing children from walking through glass. 3e) Large gap between grass and fence in backyard posed a tripping hazard 3f) Stand up plant posed a tipping hazard 4e) Water temperature reached 159.4 degrees 4f) Stairs leading to upstairs inside of house were not gated off, all of the deck stair cases were not gated off. 5a) Outlets in play area and living rooms were not tamper resistant. 5b) Outlets by kitchen sink and bathroom sink were not tamper resistant and gfci.
